We'll be modernizing some of the listings in the near future as some of them have not reflected changes in the RP for a long time.. we're going to start off with the IDF. In each we'll explain why higher ranked cards are where they were and discuss changes.

Aerith - Head of Public Relations and Assistant Leader since it's founding
Darku - First Commissioner. Rebuilt the IDF after it's disbanding
Hinoe - Took over after Salazar's retirement due to medical conditions. Lead during Xarin's first invasion.
Mary - Longest serving leader
Sarros Salazar - Founder of the IDF, two time leader
Shayla Jackson - Replaced Hinoe. Led during Monster Island invasion and government takeover of the IDF. ( this card has vanished since the 1.0 version of the CCG )
