Personality: Pei Li is a very respectful woman, mostly due to her restrictive culture. She loves learning new things, and is always open to new ideas. Biography:
 Pei Li was born to the Emperor's brother, who was sadly lost in a battle against the huns. She has been in the care of the emperor ever since, as she also lost her mother at an early age. She loves learning new things, and is very interested at learning how to govern. Being the niece of the Emperor, she was never meant to rule unless something terrible happened to her cousin who is the Emperor's only heir. Still, as she was taught the ways of society along with her cousin, she developed a liking for the lessons about leadership. However, she had no way to practice those skills as Mei Ling was being taught all about how to lead a country. Pei Li was content just to learn all that she could, and some day become a dutiful wife to a handsome suitor, though she was always dreaming of bigger things. Secretly admiring strong women like Mulan and Li Chen, one of the palace bodyguards, she found herself often wishing she could do more.

 On most formal gatherings, the Princess Mei Ling was the one who was to be seen. Pei Li would often disguise herself as one of the handmaidens for the Princess, so she could be closer to things and observe royal functions. Sometimes she was expected to attend them as well, but she was always to the side as she was not the next in line to the throne. While the Emperor treated her very well and with the utmost respect, he also had duties and expectations laid upon him, on how to rule the country. Which is why he didn't mind that she disguised herself as a handmaiden, though she never realised he knew about that.

 It was on one such trip, that she arrived at Fantasy Island for the Chinese New Year festivities. In disguise as she entered a foreign land, she was unexpectedly saved by the Mayor of that land, as he stopped her from being hit by a bus. After much embarrassment and shyness later, she revealled that she was in fact, the cousin of the Princess. Over the course of the visit, she watched and observed him, behaving like no other man she had met before. Slowly, over time, her love for him blossomed into what it is now. Slowly she's taking on various duties and showing herself to be the capable leader she never thought she could be.

Pei Li has a bracelet that allows her to turn into a human-sized dragon. While mostly for Aesthetic purposes the dragon does have a few bonuses that can assist Pei Li.

Pei Li can only change into the dragon form once a day and can hold it for maximum of 1 hour outside of combat. If using in combat she must roll Psyche:
Red - As long as she wishes ( unless GM determines an hour has gone by )
Yellow - 10 rounds
Green - 5 rounds
White - 3 rounds
Changing from the dragon back to human form restores all HP and part of her MP based on the remaining health of the dragon:
Over 75% - 30 MP restored.
Over 50% - 20 MP restored.
Over 25% - 10 MP restored.
If the dragon is defeated in combat she still reverts to Pei Li with full HP loses all MP.


Claw attack - Typical slash damage.

Bite attack - Typical pierce damage.

Roar - Roll Psyche.Targets up to 5 opponents at once, who roll Psyche. Those who fail are intimidated for 1d3 rounds( attacks and defense at -1CS f). On a yellow success and white failure ( or on a botch ) will turn and flee. Some enemies are immune to fleeing from combat. Can only be used on each target once.
