Wind Shield

Description: Causes all projectiles, with the exception of bullets, to do 1CS less damage. Lasts for 1 round on white, 2 on green, 3 on yellow. On a red, this also negates all non-100 critical hit bonus damage.

Biography: The younger of the Monbaraba sisters, a traveling duo that traverses the land in hope of avenging the death of their father.  It was said that their father, a prominent alchemist, was murdered by his apprentice, Balzack, who had supposedly stolen the Secret of Evolution from him.  Unable to prove this claim, however, the sisters keep this to themselves.  Meena is a fortune teller who is kind at heart, and charges a modest fee for her services and talents, which consists primarily of fortune telling & tarot readings, taking well to a town filled with tourists and entertainers.
