Biography:
Armond Glowendiel was born and lived in Sun Glade with his mother, father, and younger sister Lafelis. At an early age he was put into the equivalent of a finishing school where he learned the ways of the upper class. During this time, he proved to be a naturally skilled archer and his instructors recommended that he learn the skills of a ranger which, too, he naturally took to. During this time, he learned nature magic, tracking and pathfinding, and potion mixing. During his finishing and ranger school years, sister was born and she attended the same finishing school as he did, their parents having her focus more on etiquette. Lafelis, however, seemed to not care much for books and etiquette and often skipped her classes to learn from Armond. Their parents disapproved but Armond was more than happy to show her what he knew, even going so far as to help her escape her classes. Eventually there came a time that Lafelis was to marry a nobleman. He could tell, however, that she was unhappy with that choice. She was a free spirit and both of them knew that this man would put her in a gilded cage, literally and figuratively. So, on the night of her wedding, Armond helped her escape and she ran away from home. With his sister gone and after explaining that she hadn't been ready at that time, he hoped that her ex-fiancée would let the matter drop. This was not to be the case, however, and he blamed Armond and his family for not only her disappearance but for humiliating him in the eyes of the other citizens as well. Using his power, he forced Armond and his mother and father into servitude. Decades went by and conditions for the Glowendiel family only got worse, so one day Armond left to find his sister and bring her back, hoping she could help alleviate the situation. He spent many years searching for her but no matter how close he thought he got, she always seemed to keep ahead of him. Then one day, her trail seemed to just... vanish.
