Description and/or Picture: Song-Zu Midas is an overly-tall, almost "stretched out" looking man, with signs of genetic albinism -- red eyes, paper-white skin -- and an incredibly lean, nearly-emaciated body frame. He carries himself as a rugged frontiersman, though always with a neutral, nearly placid expression and a deep, nearly-monotone voice. His clothing is simple, usually consisting of long, high-collared coats, shirts, or turtlenecks with comfortable pants and tall-shinned boots. Regardless of everything else, he always wears multiple layers of thin, wispy, multi- and brightly-colored scarves decorated in eccentric patterns that always seem to flick at the edges and in the loose parts as if carried by a breeze, even when there is none around.

Description: A genetic anomaly signature of a Titanese "Seer," also known as Cassini-Huygens Syndrome; manifests as a sensory abnormality in which a person perceives more of the electromagnetic spectrum than is typically considered within the "visible light" portion of the spectrum. Allows the character to visually perceive the world in a variety of otherwise-unknown colors and phenomena, including but not limited to electricity, RF waves, wireless signals, "ghosts," entities that are out-of-phase, warped light, infrared signatures, heat, strong emotion, or entities that are created with or sourced from such things (i.e.: "gaudy" or "expressionist" art, exhibitions of strong emotion, etc.).
Biography:
Song-Zu Midas is one of a pair of twins born to a monstrous Ionian organized crime leader and a spiritualist Titanese frontierswoman, a one-sided relationship of obsession and possession. Midas and Django's mother died in birth, driving their father mad with loss and turning them into objects of resentment to their sadistic caretaker. While Django inherited her father's rough edges and business acumen, Midas reserved his mother's quiet intensity and long view of time and space.
When Django and Midas were old enough to run away and escape, they went their separate ways amicably-- Django to the Asteroid Belt to find her way, and Midas to the Titanese clan whom his mother hailed from. Raised, trained, educated, and accepted as a spiritual leader among his people, the Wu Sun, Midas became a self-sufficient young man with a high-level intellect and an air of omniscience about the things around them.
Due to its lack of proper terraforming, Titan suffers from constant electrical storms that make electronic or digital devices unusable in the wilderness, causing the roaming nomadic Wu Sun tribe and others like them rely on "old world" ways, though far from obsolete. The Faraday Domes around Titan's populated settlements and the Wu Sun's trade and interactions means Midas is not unfamiliar with 3100's-era technology, but is simply not reliant on it like people from more modern upbringings.
Dimensional anomalies are well-known in Midas' home, including "Outlier" invasions from organizations such as the Macroeconomic Concern, the Godless horde, and the spooky Outlier-influenced Deathblessed.
