Personality: At first glance, Shego appears to be a stereotypical supervillainess - acerbic personality, biting wit, and a penchant for destruction. While it's true her deeds often fall into the territory of villainous, her personality is actually more complex. Shego does follow a moral code - refusing to do evil for evils sake, but rather focusing on personal gain. In more than one instance, she draws a line in the sand when the lives of innocent bystanders are threatened (even if those bystanders happen to be fish). While she has no qualms about hurting people to prove a point, she'll generally stop short of killing them. When she's not 'on', her personality is much more casual and flippant, even flirtatious at times (although she adamantly refuses to be objectified). She hates the traditional 'do-gooder' mentality of doing good at any cost, preferring a much more practical approach to living. Underneath the harsh demeanor however, Shego does have a softer, compassionate side.

Weakness: While Shego is a powerful combatant who wields potent superhuman abilities, she is still only human, and her endurance is unaugmented. A solid blow, surprise attack, or tranquilizer, stun gun or gas is more than enough to bring her down.

Description and/or Picture:

Shego is an average height woman at 5'9" with an athletic build, raven black hair and green eyes. Almost immediately identifiable is the tone of her skin, which is pale with a light green hue. Her typical attire ranges from a green and black catsuit, sealed with a flap on the front of her body, equipped with a green utility pouch, uniquely designed with metal channel points on the finger tips which allow her to focus her plasma abilities to her fingertips for claw like effect. When not trying to look like a supervillainess, she wears a simple blue sweater emblazoned with a gold pin on her neck, light brown jacket, dark brown skirt and blue hairband.

While not invincible, Shego demonstrates trained martial arts capacities and is regarded as a fierce hand to hand fighter.

Perhaps her most identifiable trait, Shego is a master acrobat/gymnast and excels at quick reactions, contortion, and overall athletic ability.

Shego's strength, while more than an average human, is not her defining feature.

While hitting Shego can be a task and she can roll with your average punch, she is by no means invincible and a major hit will likely take her down.

Shego demonstrates high intelligence, to the point that she completed an advanced degree in Education and is capable of learning to operate advanced equipment that would normally require scientific insight.

Shego is perceptive, but not beyond the capabilities of any normal human. She can be caught by surprise, rendered unaware of her surroundings, and miss details at times.

Psyche: Fantastic
Her defining feature due to the meteorite contact. Shego possesses a deep well of energy manipulation powers that can seem at times nearly inexhaustible (when used with restraint). She can still be manipulated however, but generally only by advanced mind control technology.

Spells / Special Abilities:

Plasma Manipulation

Channeling: Shego is capable of exuding her plasma manipulation through her body, allowing her to produce excess force, cushion herself -slightly- or produce a claw like effect.
Shego can uses her plasma manipulation to increase her punching damage to excellent, though this cannot be combined with weapons. She can create a shield around herself that gives her typical blunt protection ( damage taken from punches, maces or falling reduced by 6 ). By creating plasma claws, she changes damage type to slashing and does +1CS damage to ice/water element. Costs 5SP / round to maintain.

Pulse: Shego is capable of firing her plasma aura as projectiles with varying degrees of explosive force. These can either be smaller rapid shots, a wave of shots, or a single powerful discharge. Shego can on her turn fire off A) Up to five smaller shots aimed at one or more targets ( 2sp each shot, typical fire damage ), B) Two larger shots ( 5sp each, good fire damage, +1CS to ice / water ), or C) one powerful shot ( 20sp, remarkable damage, guaranteed knockdown on a red attack or white defense ). Only one agility roll is needed for this attack.

Beam: Shego can channel her plasma into a single constant beam rather than a single pulse. Shego's beam can cut through some materials, acting similar to a blowtorch ( GM discretion ), or do excellent fire damage to a target up to 1 area away. Targets trying to attack Shego while this is active must roll agility to either avoid the beam or sneak up on her and beat her initial roll. Those who fail take damage from the beam, then can attack as normal. Costs 20sp / round.

Note that while skills that have an continuous SP cost ( abilities that last more then one round ) are active, Shego cannot recover SP.

Biography:

Sheila Goodwin (Shego to anyone) was born to a family with four brothers, one older brother (Hugh Goodwin, later referred to as Hego), Mark Goodwin (Mego), William and Wren Goodwin (the 'Wego' twins). Her childhood was relatively uneventful, however relations with her brothers were fraught with the normal sibling rivalries one would expect. Their lives changed when exposure to a fallen meteorite triggered superhuman abilities in each of the five 'Goodwin' children. Initially, the decision was made to use their talents for good, forming the superhero team 'Team Go'. The alliance lasted for several years, although Shego began to grow distant from the others - particularly the incredibly self centered and egocentric Mego and Hego due to his particularly obnoxious tendency to fight crime with cringeworthy oneliners, and a tenacity reminsicent of a Saturday Morning Cartoon Hero and Adam West. Shego completed a Bachelors of Education with the intention of leaving the team to pursue a more noble career, but was lured by the lucrative lifestyles of the villains Team Go encountered. Figuring the money was likely enough to afford endless strings of robots, evil lairs, minions, and other luxuries, Shego defected and became a soldier of fortune, using her power and capability for self gain, accepting a contract position with the (alledgedly) nefarious Drew Lipskey (Dr Drakken), and has accepted temporary contract positions with other ne'er-do-wells.

Although she has no qualms about amoral deeds, she isn't actually evil. As much as she may pretend to lack a conscience, she has been known to intentionally lose a fight, aid the side of good when needed, or question her deeds when they cross a line. She also generally tries to avoid innocent bystanders getting caught in the crossfire, though she would claim this was merely a desire to be professional. She also does, as a fall back career, make an excellent teacher when needed.
