Biography:
Dear Marty,
If my calculations are correct, you should receive this letter immediately after you saw the Delorean struck by lightning.
First, let me assure you that I am alive and well. I don't know where I am exactly, but it is some sort of temporal hub in which all of time and space is connected. I can't just get back to 1985. It's not that simple.
Marty, you can find a spare Delorean at the location on this map. I made sure to calculate the possibilities that I might not make it back to 1985 and had a spare ready to take you home, just in case.
This next part is important. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT come looking for me. I could not even begin to perform the necessary calculations needed to get here, much less get me home. I am not even sure if this letter will find you but I hope it will.
Also, please take care of Einstein for me. As you recall, I left him in my lab in 1985. I know you will give him a good home: remember to walk him twice a day, and he only eats canned dog food.
These are my wishes: please respect them and follow them.
It has been a true adventure. We traveled to the past, then to the future, and then back to the past. We have had our troubles along the way, but I would not change them for a moment.
And so Marty, I now say farewell and wish you Godspeed. You have been a good, kind, and loyal friend to me and you made a real difference in my life.
I will always treasure our relationship and think on you with fond memories, warm feelings and a special place in my heart.
Your friend in time,
"Doc" Emmett L. Brown
