Magical Girl Transformation:
With a light tap of her finiger on that strange beret of her's, her body begins to glow red and blue as torrent of wind surrounds her, fluttering rose petals and snowflakes around as it does. The glow around her then seems to crack, almost like glass, before shattering, dispersing the wind around her as well. Her soul gem will have embedded itself into her upper chest, having taken the shape of an emerald inlaid in gold.
Frost Shield

Description: Attacks do 1CS less damage to the caster. Any attack that does less then Typical damage is negated completely. A fire attack that would do at least Excellent damage after modifiers melts the shield. Lasts one round on a white, two on a green, three on a yellow. On a red roll, damage is reduced by 2CS and the first Excellent fire attack only reduces the shield's power by 1CS, it would take a second to destroy it.
Ice Darts

Description: Fires a series of up to max circle learned ice darts in one go. Can be used to target one opponent or a series of opponents ( if multiple opponents only 1 dart per target ). These darts do Good piercing damage.
Speed Skate

Description: Puts ice on the bottom of your feet, allowing you to move quickly along flat surfaces. Gives +1 to run speed.
Ice Slick

Description: Creates a sheet of ice under a person. Target rolls agility, if they fail they are in knockdown. Any target levitating off the ground is immune, as are some creatures ( example: plant monsters or those without feet. )
Ice Shards

Description: Fires a pair of sharp icicles at an opponent. Target rolls agility to avoid. If this attack hits, caster rolls 1d2 for hits. These shards do Excellent Piercing damage.
Winter's Breath

Description: Blows a blast of frost and cold air at an opponent. Target rolls endurance. Targets who fail are numbed, and receive -1CS to Fighting, Agility, and Strength. Lasts 1 round, 2 on a green, 3 on a yellow. On an offensive crit or defensive botch this increases to 2CS.
Biography: Kinoka was born in the Kanagawa prefecture of Tokyo, Japan. There she lived with her mother, father and sister who was about seven years younger than she was. She and her sister got along very well and were pretty much best friends. One day when Kinoko was 16, she and her sister were playing near a river. The water that day was moving very quickly due to the recent rains in the nearby mountains. She wasn't sure how it happened but her sister got too close and fell in, instantly getting swept away by the river. Kinoko panicked and chased after her, at one point braving an unsteady log to try to catch her as she passed but it was no use. It was then that a small white creature appeared before her, seeming to stop time when it did. It called itself Kyube. It made an offer to her, one wish in return for becoming a magical girl. Without hesitation, Kinoko wished for her sister to be rescued and the contract was made. The next thing she knew she was lying on the riverbank with her sister and had a new hair clip placed at the temple of her head that contained a sizeable gem of deep crimson. Her wish had come true and her sister was alright. The very next day, however, her father and sister were out shopping at a local convenience store. As they left, a shootout began between two rival Yakuza gangs and they found themselves caught in the crossfire. Her father came out of it unharmed but her sister was hit by a stray bullet and killed, completely negating her wish from the previous day. The Kyube refused to give her another wish, only informing her that she had a job to do now. Soon after that, Kinoko fell into a deep depression and she and her family moved to Kamihama City. Despite her depression she still did her duty and fought the witches that plagued the city, thinking that this was at least something she could do in her sister's memory. It was there she learned that the gift she was given was actually a curse. She was just a shell of her former self and the jewel on her new hair clip contained her soul and would one day turn into a witch as well. This sparked something inside of her. An idea began to form. If witches were born of magical girls then the obvious solution to that problem would be to kill the magical girls before they turned. From that day forward she decided to fight against the Kyube, killing any who were unlucky enough to cross her path without hesitation, and made it her life's goal to hunt and kill every magical girl she came across, killing just enough witches to keep her soul gem stable. At the risk of she, herself, becoming a witch, she carries a small derringer pistol with her, vowing to destroy her own soul gem before that happened.
