Biography: Kimberly is a good natured and studious girl. Ahead in her classes and studying in a grade one level higher than the rest of the kids her age. She’s high school freshman rather than being in 8th grade middle school. For as long as she can remember, she wanted to be a hero like her idol, Superman. She got the chance when she was 14 when Brainiac attacked Earth and captured a good portion of the population along with her. While the rest of the planet was covered in Exobytes by the Justice League so give humanity super powers and a fighting chance against Brainiac, she was subjected to experimentation while on a Brainiac ship. Luckily, she was unconscious during her ordeal until a mysterious voice calling herself Oracle woke her up and freed her from her prison. Once free she had to fight her way through the ship, discovering she had the power of fire and super strength and speed. Soon, however, she became out matched and outnumbered. When all seemed lost, Superman himself, her hero, burst through the hull of the ship and rescued her. Wanting to destroy the ship completely, Kim and Superman smashed their way to the central control room. Kim was quickly tiring out, though. Oracle instructed her to get to a nearby teleportation pad and she would warp her to the Watchtower; the HQ of the Justice League, while Superman finished the job. She did so but once the teleportation sequence started an explosion rocked the ship, disrupting the teleportation sequence. Instead of being teleported to the Watchtower, she was teleported to an abandoned alleyway in Gotham City. Only then did she realize the extent of her transformation. Not only did she have super powers, but she had fur, long ears, a poofy tail, and a long snout. She saw herself as a freak and hid herself away in the underground of Gotham. That is until Batman found her trying to steal something and opted to train her rather than turn her in. He recognized her as the girl that Superman had helped but had gone missing. She picked up the various fighting techniques fairly quickly, preferring her own fists over any other style, and join Batman on a few of his missions as a sidekick. After only a few months she had gained enough confidence in herself, mentally and physically to return to society. She returned to her home and even started going to school again. She continued her heroic deeds on nights she didn’t have too much homework and on weekends.
One day as she was walking home from school, she was ambushed by a mysterious villain, a human turned speedster by the Exobytes. She was caught completely off guard and the villain grabbed her, sent her through the Speed Force, and into a strange new world…
