Description: Causes all projectiles, with the exception of bullets, to do 1CS less damage. Lasts for 1 round on white, 2 on green, 3 on yellow. On a red, this also negates all non-100 critical hit bonus damage.


Levitate
Cost: 10MP
Uses: Psyche
Description: Allows the caster to float a couple feet off the ground, making them immune to nature's vine attacks as well as earthquakes. Requires a green roll, in combat this lasts 3 rounds on a green and 5 on a yellow, out of combat lasts 1/2 psyche minutes on a green, on a yellow lasts psyche minutes. Any attack that does 20% or more of caster's HP causes them to lose concentration on this spell and they will land on the ground with no additional damage.

Description: Allows one to fly through the air as if they have wings. Requires a green roll. Only works outdoors. Should spell wear off or is dispelled, caster will fall at the rate of 100 feet per round. If they are less then 100 feet off the ground, they take 10 damage. If they are higher then 100 feet, they get a chance to recast each round until they are successful or they hit the ground. Damage doubles for every 100 feet they fall.

Rain of Arrows
Description: The archer shoots an arrow up into the sky which divides into many arrows and strikes multiple foes. May hit up to 10 foes with this or hit the same opponent up to 5 times. The arrow after this is done disintegrates and is not retrievable.


Manipulative Wind

Description: Releases up to 8 homing wind bombs at targets specified by the person.

Biography:

Niveus was born in the city of Candoria to Andrew and Marie Lily. Andrew had been friends with Kapernacux and Kapernacux became her godfather. Kapernacux named her Niveus meaning white in Latin thinking of how much good she would do for the world.

On her 11th birthday this strange man came into court and demanded to have the throne for himself. Niveus had not seen him only heard through the halls that someone was demanding the thrown. She had been studing with Kapernacux that day on different kinds of healing and modern ways of surgery. She was a little in over her head with learning all of this so the intruder was a welcome excuse not to pay attention. Her parents were asked to exscort the man to the Queen's doctor.

Several days later as she was playing in the gardens she heard and awful explosion and found herself behing lifted away by Kapernacux. She was about to ask why when she looked up seeing the room where the strange boy was staying blacked and a giant hole in it. Her parents bodies were laying over the edges dead. Everything went black for her. She spent the next ten years in the town of Anders. Niveus hated the cold but it seemed to match her mood so she didn't mind staying. After she arrived there, Kapernacux seemed to lock himself in his tower. She didn't know why but she figured she would find out one day. She worked hard in the town's item shop and mostly slept because no one usually comes out of their homes anymore from the recent strange animal attacks.

After falling from the sky and landing in a place called Destiny Islands. She found herself lost, embarrassed and highly confused. She found that everyone was really nice and she thought them all very gentlemanly or lady like almost as if she had stepped into the court all over again after being away for so long. But things soon became apparent that they weren't like that at all. She found herself thinking how unfriendly a few were and how very lost she really was.

She was even accused of stealing a wallet from a very unfriendly and rude man by the name of Seifer. She began avoiding him at all costs and actually rarely saw him. She began friends with a few of the organization and began to think everything wouldn't be so bad after all. She even found a close if possible relationship in a red haired man from long ago japan. He became her drinking friend and soon she welcomed him into her apartment but she still felt strange about it but she tried to keep her embarrassment down as much as possible.
