Divine Flight
Uses: Psyche ( only when something is attempting to interfere with the ability, otherwise none)
Description: Being two entities made one that more or less willed themselves into existence, they are capable of a great many things. One such thing is that they can simply 'will' themselves to fly. (Think Superman/Vision-esque) She can carry up to 400lb this way, but flight speed is lessened exponentially the heavier the object.

Manifestation of Will: Able to harness objects from sunlight/moonlight. This can range from every day items to even creatures. For purposes of not being ridiculously OP, She recognizes that not only is she by far not the only god around, but that this world also isn't hers, so this will only ever see extremely limited use, and most likely only for mundane things, and NEVER for a plot point.(You may hold me to this on threat of character deletion)

Biography:

On a world with humanoids that had evolved enough to make a language, they tried to justify their existence, as all humanoids have tried to do at one time or another. The most common and easiest reason, as it always is, are gods. The two most obvious bodies to worship being the Sun, dubbed Cheryna`Vess, and the largest of three moons, named Mercuriat. The two far smaller moons being Mercuriat's son and daughter: Bultam, whose white moon was pockmarked with asteroid craters for having been in many fights, being a great warrior, and Feriam, a moon slightly smaller than Bultam but resting perpetually in Bultam's shadow to produce a red/pink reflection of light.

And thus, these entities all were willed themselves into existence. Over the course of history, these humanoids continued to evolve and, while many more gods were created to justify other things such as land, water, war, life and death, etc, belief in this pantheon began to dwindle, and so too did their powers. So it was decided to play a more personal role in the humanoid's lives. Descending from the heavens, Cheryna`Vess and Mercuriat were the first to reveal themselves and their abilities.

Fortunately for the masses, they were kind gods. Never demanding a sacrifice, or unleashing havok on the weaker mortals. Where the humanoids were awed by their divine powers, the Pantheon, almost as a whole, were just thankful for existing. And while knowing isn't necessarily praying, that people believed they existed seemed to be enough to keep the gods alive.

Time continued to progress and Cheryna`Vess and Mercuriat brought a star crossed romance. Only on the rare occasion that the moon was up during the daytime could they converse and enjoy each other's company. If something were to go amiss, such as a famine or a plague, the gods would step in to ensure the humanoid's survival, for gods that did nothing to deserve worship would inevitability cast doubt into their divinity.

Part of Cheryna`Vess' hobbies included logging call the other celestial bodies, planets, their moons, comets and whatnot. What she took for an unfortunate odds of their neighboring planet's moon crashing into another moon, it saddened her that the god who shared their namesake for that planet lost two of their children, she failed to see the possible courses of action, the massive scale chain of events that could, and now she knew inevitably would, lead to catastrophe.

The debris of the moons smashed into other moons, breaking many apart into larger and larger chunks. Gathering masses of lunar satellite bodies were halted in their orbits, and inevitably pulled in by their planets gravity. It took but a single week of lunar bombardment into their planetary neighbor before it, too split apart and exploded. The humanoids watched with horror and the gods felt terrified as the god that personified that planet was erased. Their grief was halted as a whole when they realized the debris of that planet was rocketing in all directions - including and especially towards their planet.

A mass sizable enough to eradicate all like on their planet slammed into Mercuriat's children, shattering Bultam and Feriat to smitherines, and in his rage and desperation, Mercuriat guided himself between the planet and the incoming debris, but Cheryna`Vess could not withstand the loss of her love and the two children that had accepted her into their family of heavenly bodies, and bestowed her power into Mercuriat. The side of the moon facing the debris and away from the planet was alight with power, the result being that the side facing the planet was eclipsed.

What they had not forseen, for this feat of strength had never been needed before, was that Cheryna`Vess and Mercuriat were pulled into a single entity. The plan had ultimately worked, but at a terrible cost. Lost in their melancholy, the gods slowly vanished over time. They revealed themselves fewer and fewer times, intervened less in the affairs of the humanoids. In their hubris, they believed themselves invincible immortals, but a random intersecting orbit of moons had started a chain reaction that had led to such damning consequences.

While Cheryna`Vess and Mercuriat were a singular body, the body itself had changed from Cheryna`Vess' to share traits from both of them. She tried to maintain interest, but they both wanted to start anew elsewhere. Not to mention that having less interest led to fewer interactions, and even though the role the gods had all played in the development and prosperity in the humanoid's history was well documented, as decades turned to centuries turned to millennia, people had let them fade into myth and legend. Their power had dwindled to barely a divine being, and so as all the gods but the two of them faded from existence, they watched the level of technology of the humanoids allowed them to reach into the stars.

Together, they saw the vast potential that the archaic nature of the gods were holding them back from. They saw the potential of their engenuity and genius realized. The gods' ultimate purpose of surviving the humanoids through their early years was fulfilled, and Cheryna`Vess and Mercuriat decided to relocate. Perhaps start anew elsewhere.
