Personality: Elliott is a kind hearted person, who does whatever he can to help people. He knows he isn't strong or fast but he will do whatever he can to help someone in need, using whatever's around him. Shy and quiet most of the time, he finds it hard to make friends. His love of gadgets and technology shows in almost everything he does, and when talking to him about favourite things of his, he becomes very passionate and animated. He is very unashamedly a geek, and has no problem being this.

Spells / Special Abilities:

*Energy manipulation - he cannot create it, only manipulate existing energy. This must be physical such as electricity or plasma. This is a limited ability and doing so for too long or too much energy makes him exhausted.
Energy Manipulation rolls to ensure he can use the energy is Incredible. To hit others, he rolls an Excellent, showing he is better at this than his set Agility at this time. If he touches a target, the roll is Incredible, the same as his manipulation.


Sonic Bang

Uses: Amazing
Description: By clapping his hands together, he can create a loud shockwave and sonic bang which can knock opponents off their feet. This can occasionally be accompanied by a flash of light though not always. He does this only through manipulating electricity. can hit hit up to 3 targets up to one area. On a successful hit, opponents are Staggered ( -1 cs to defending rolls ) and Deafened ( -2 cs to rolls vs sneak attacks ) for 1d3 rounds.
Special Conditions:
1. On a yellow or red, there is a second attack a flash of light. Targets roll intutition or agility ( whichever is higher ) vs Amazing. On a successful hit, opponents are Blinded ( -2 to all rolls ) for 1d3 rounds. Does not stack with Stagered or Deafened.
2. On a red roll or an opponent's white defense, the shockwave also apples Knockdown ( -2 to all combat rolls until they stand up )



History: Elliott was born 4 years after Jemma and was born normal, though he was always more intelligent even from an early age. Despite being the younger brother, he always watched out for his bog sister, idolising her strength. He had no idea how hard things were for her but he tried his best to be there. Unlike most brothers and sisters, they rarely argued. They were as close as siblings of different ages could be. Jemma took on the role of older sister and watched out for Elliott just as much as he watched out for her.
Though as her powers developed, she withdrew more and more from the family. Elliott was very upset, as he cared a lot about her. One night he watched his parents talking to some strange men in the house. They said they were going to take Jemma away. She had done something bad and they wanted to help her. They said they had a program for children like her, destructive and dangerous children. Elliott was so upset to hear them talk about his sister that his powers started to manifest. As his hand was on the wall, he altered the energy within the house so much so that the TV, DVD player and Microwave all blew their fuses silently. He didn't know he'd done this, until much later that week. In his upset, he briefly noticed Jemma sneaking away after watching and hearing these men. She locked herself in her room, and wouldn't speak to him. He slipped her a note under the door, telling her he would protect her and wouldn't let those men take her away. Then he went to bed. That night, Jemma ran away.
His parents were upset that she'd run away, feeling they were somehow responsible. Elliott could see though, in their eyes, that they were afraid of her. Afraid of their daughter, his sister. Over the next 2 years, Elliott developed his own mutant abilities. Seeing the fear when they spoke of his sister, he did his best to hide them. Always alone at school, he withdrew into his own world of technology and geekery. Building and repairing devices, as he was always destroying them by accident.
He didn't have any friends at school, preferring to keep himself away from them. That, and he was known as the sister of 'that crazy mutie chick who tried to kill us'. And similar words to that effect. Often bullied, he never seemed to notice the girl who came to his rescue on more than one ocassion. A girl named Chris. Eventually he did notice her, and they found they shared a lot in common. They were also fairly close in age, though she was younger.
Jemma eventually got back in contact with her family and for a brief time, Elliott went to stay at the prestigious Xavier's School for the Gifted. He wasn't able to stay there long unfortunately, as an accident meant both he and Jemma had to go home. Jemma moved back in with the family so they could look after their father. Then one day, Jemma just... vanished. She didn't call, or write, and Elliott knew something had happened. He knew that she wouldn't just leave him. He always knew.
