Description: Allows the mentalist to talk to someone in their mind, or read someone's mind. The target has to be within visible range with no obstructions between the two. Do note that even if you just read their mind there is a chance a non-mentalist can sense someone in their mind ( roll psyche and get a yellow or highr ) though they will not know who did it. Once the mentalist reaches circle 4, it is impossible for a non-mentalist to know if someone is in their mind unless they speak or reveal themselves.
Special Considerations:
1. The mentalist is allowed 1 mental link per circle level they know in this skill beyond second ( at third circle they'll be able to make two links, at fourth circle three, etc ). A roll must be made to establish it. A green roll is required for willing targets and yellow for unwilling.. Maximum range is 2 miles times the maximum circle known. At circle 2 this would be anywhere within the city of Oceandia itself.

Biography:
Ashoka Tano was discovered on her home world of Shili by Jedi Master Plo Koon who brought her to the Jedi Temple on Coruscant to receive Jedi training. Following the outbreak of the Clone Wars, Jedi Grand Master Yoda assigned the young Tano to be the Padawan learner of Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker, who nicknamed her "Snips" when she joined him at the Battle of Christophsis. Whereas Tano was eager to prove herself, Skywalker had a reputation for recklessness, and they had a rather difficult start as master and apprentice. Yet they worked together to rescue Rotta, the son of crime lord Jabba Desilijic Tiure, and returned Rotta to his father, thus facilitating a crucial alliance between the Hutt Clan and the Galactic Republic.
Still a Padawan in training, she joined Jedi Master Anikan and a small platoon of Clone Troopers to infiltrate a spy station in low orbit of a gas planet. Getting in wasn't the issue. It was easy to jump and slow their descent onto the station surface. Once in, however, most of her Clones were taken out and she was seperated from Anikan. If that wasn't enough, she also encountered General Grievous.
Giving him a fight, but barely managing to hold her own in the end, she managed to escape into a vent in hope of finding either Anikan or her Clone Troopers.
