Biography: She was the daughter of a Gummi Ship architect, so traveling from world to world was a common thing for her. It wasn't until the Heartless reached her part of the universe that she had even heard of them as anything more than 'a wave of darkness', but to a spunky teenager, that didn't mean anything. She was with her father on a world called Azalea which was a modern world that they were trading goods with. The power cut out and alarms all throughout the city went off as shadows started filling the building they were in.
She screamed out which attracted their attention, one of them turning to look at her with it's yellow glowing eyes and leapt at her. Her father jumped in it's way and she watched as her father was ripped into and saw his heart float up, the Shadow snatching it which created another Shadow. She was stunned into silence and other screams of terror took them away from her presence.
She burst out of that building, sprinting with all of her strength, but stopped as she heard the sounds of fighting down an alleyway. She saw a women dressed not unlike her wielding two strange looking weapons. The alleyway wasn't suitable for dual-wielded combat and the woman was losing the fight, taking heavy hits from an armored, thinner looking Heartless than the Shadows. She picked up a stone and chucked it, the Soldier turning to her only to get stabbed in the back by a Keyblade, it bursting and disintegrating into nothing.
The women stumbled out, asking if Yuna knew any healing magic and gulped, shaking her head in response. At that moment, the woman seemed to know she was about to die with a "Figures..". In her last moments, the woman introduced herself as Elyquin, and presented her with the keyblades. "Midnight, and Dawn," they were named. Taking them, a power seemed to blossom within her and a Shadow that snuck up on her leapt, her slicing through it in desperate reaction. Elyquin just smiled at that sight and mumbled out "Get...to...Traverse.....T-...Town," made an awful, labored noise with an inhale, then exhaled one final time before going still.
That was several years ago. She had made it back to her Gummi ship, expertly crafted by her father, traveling from world to world with her Keyblades, slaying Heartless where she went, whether it was alongside other Keybladers or not.
