Description: Allows the mutant to speak to animals. They will understand and generally obey most commands, but cannot be ordered to do something that would clearly harm them ( such as jumping off a cliff ). This ability also allows two-way conversation with sentient animals ( those given humanoid intelligence by magical means ), though they will generally not obey their commands as they can think for themselves.
