Biography: 


Black Velvet was very young when she began her life of crime. She would work with other outlaws, being a distraction while they committed their crimes. As she got older, she broke out on her own and became not only the most infamous outlaw on her work, but the fastest gunslinger in the West. 


She has a soft spot for children, going to lengths to not involve them in her crimes, even helping them when they need it. She doesn't keep her spoils, instead distributing her wealth to those less fortunate, especially orphans. She rides along the West, her revolvers and her rifle always at the ready.
