There is a world full of wonder and mystery to be had. It is a rather large mountain range that houses many, many dragons. The mountains are known as Candor and very little live up there but the dragon's themselves but they are mostly understanding and accepting of other creatures.



At the base of the mountains is a beautiful sprawling town that is inhabited by humans and creatures alike very similar to the islands. Very few of them are non-magical in some way or form. The officials named it Candoria after the mountain range. There is also thousands of acres worth of hunting grounds that are used by both dragons and larger creatures. Even the humans hunt there being ever careful to not shoot anyone who is sentient.



The mountains have an area that is very ancient indeed but well taken care of. The buildings are used by the city officials and the dragon elders to discuss the current events and future events. It is beautiful in its own way.



The mountain itself holds a large library that is ever growing. It is maintained by the elders to preserve knowledge and to educated those who are in search of it.



It also houses a classroom for the dragons. It is magical to protect the rest of the mountain from the hatchlings who are just learning their powers and slightly unstable magically.



There is a flat area near the building at the top of the mountain that is used for training from hatchlings to adults.



There is another mountain much higher up that houses a single building that is where the dragon elders meet. Rarely is anyone other than the dragon elders themselves allowed in the building unless there is an issue that requires a case against someone. Very rarely does it happen but when you are brought in front of the dragon elders, you normally are about to be exiled or killed.



The gateway itself is located on a distant island that the location is only known by people who have been to the island or a member of the IDF. The island is covered in forest on one side with a view of the water and opens inside the meeting hall of the officials and elders. You are greeted by one or the other and checked out as they do not wish for any trouble. They will ask that you sign in upon entry.

IF you cause trouble, it is possible that not only will you be banned of a varying degree depending on your offense. The mountains are a privilege not a right for all. They will have one of the members of IDF, a person of your choice to plead your case, as well as an elder to offer a fair trial.

Rules of Candor and Candoria:

1.) Do not harm others.
2.) Do not damage items that are not your own.
3.) Do not bring troubles with you that includes: dangerous animals, dangerous people, dangerous items.
4.) Do not take things that are not yours.
5.) Do not cause damage to buildings.
6.) Do not interfere with mating rituals, egg laying, hatchling raising unless you are specifically asked.
7.) If you do not understand something, ask one of the listed below people.
*Dragon elder: Hinor, Hondara, Bornock, Fardock, Jayno
*City Council: Mayor, Village Police
*IDF members: Darku, Akemi, (open leader)
8.) Be respectful to others.
9.) Keep your ID on you at all times because this is your way there and back. If you lose it, you will have to have another reissued to you and you only get three IDs a year.

Actions that happen should you break the rules are as follows:

First offense: You will be asked to a meeting with a dragon elder, city council member and IDF member about your actions and how to fix the issue.

Second offense: You will be asked to a meeting with a dragon elder, city council member and IDF member then not visit for a limited time. (Depending on the offense determines the time.)

Third offense: You will be asked to a meeting with a dragon elder, city council member and IDF member then banned from Candor. (Depending on the offense determines if you will be jailed when you return to the island.)
