Character Creation Rules

This is a listing of basic rules for making a character in this RP. It will be expanded as needed.




'Canon' Characters



As the RPG expands the genres allowed in the RPG expand as well. Do keep in mind certain areas are not currently allowed in due to possible unbalancing effects. If you do not see an area you wish to create a character from listed, feel free to inquire about it.




Allowed areas:


Final Fantasy ( Tifa, Aerith, Zack, etc )

Marvel Comics ( Shadowcat, Pixie, Gambit, etc )

Some anime worlds ( Air Gear for example )

Some Video Games ( Castlevania, Kingdom Hearts )





Disallowed areas:


Dragon Ball Z ( Goku, Vegeta, Freiza, etc. )

Mechanized Characters ( characters with rocket launchers, plasma cannons, etc as these are solely beings of WAR and do not fit in a 'peaceful' rpg. Robots who have no war-like purpose may be allowed Some exemptions may be allowed, ask SgtSarros about your character if unsure. )



End-Game bosses are not allowed as PCs because of the potentially unbalancing issues they can cause. Xenmas, Mother Brain, Sigma, and so forth. Some may be allowed as NPCs for small appearances, but you MUST get permission from Packie, Kyttaen, Simca, or SgtSarros before hand. Do note that approval of this will be rare at best.






Original Characters


New Characters:


We welcome people creating new, original characters into the RPG. Regardless if you want to play a fighter, or a tavern keeper, or perhaps just someone's pet goldfish, the GMs here will help you get your character set up in a way that fits the design you want but also does not go out of control. ( Your puppy can not play fetch with oak trees, usually. )




Transferred Characters:


Sometimes people have had a character for a long time and they wish to bring this character from another place to here. We typically have no issue with this, though there are a few things players must understand before the character will be playable here:

- A character may be somewhat re-balanced to fit here better. If everyone in your former RPG can lift 10 tons, run at 60 miles an hour and breathe underwater indefinitely, expect it may be weakened somewhat. This being said, all alterations and re balancing will be done with you, so that you have a say in how it gets done.

- In the case of the originating RPG still existing, keep in mind some small alterations may need to be made to ensure that this character is unique to this RPG. In addition, upon arrival in this RPG, the timeline splits. What happens here does NOT affect your character in the other RPG. This does need to be mentioned as attempts have been made to have this continue after creation.





Concept Characters:


People are allowed ( and encouraged ) to make concept characters. These are characters people aren't sure they want to play or how they would fit into the RPG. People are asked simply to mark the topic of the sheet as WIP or put somewhere at the top or bottom of the sheet it is a concept and a work in progress.


The only rule here is do not make 'concept' sheets for characters that are on the 'disallowed' list. These characters will never be approved and attempting to make one to show how they 'might' work in the RPG ( which has been attempted by others ) will result in you getting a warning. Continued action may affect your ability to play in this RPG.
