Description: Can create up to five flowers at a time. These flowers have no real benefit except for her namesake: the Liana. By placing it under one's pillow before going to sleep, The Flower of Dreams will protect them from nightmares ( +2 cs vs psyche attacks in their sleep )


Biography:



Liana grew up in a small village that is only slightly behind in technology compared to Fantasy Island. Only a few years ago did running water get added to her village, but only the very weathy could afford it, everyone else had to use the well. Electricity was also a privledge for the rich to have at first, but as time went on more of the village had it. On her world, servants and slaves are commonplace, the number of them you had signified your status in the world.



A couple years ago, strange creatures started showwing up across the countryside. They were human, only animal as well. They would show up in the dead of night, attacking the populace and killing them, or dragging them away. Among these 'mutants', some had fur, some had claws, the most dangerous had wings, and would swoop down and kidnap people, presumably to be eaten.



A short time after these beings showwed up, a group called Target-X  arrived on the world, bringing technology none of them had seen before. Using these weapons they fought back against the monsters, keeping them at bay. They offered to teach some people how to use the weapons, in exchange for working for them and helping them elsewhere. Only males signed up, as it was believed that the female's role was in in the village, cooking or collecting water or watching the children. As such, Liana stayed at home, even though part of her wnated to help her village.



This changed when her family was murdered in the night by one of the monsters. She had not been home at the time of the attack, and blames herself for the loss of her parents and her brother, even though part of her knows she couldn't thave stopped what happened. Despite the fact those in the village disapproved of her doing so, she signed up to join Target-X, not wanting anyone else to suffer as she has.



Nearing the end of her tests and trails to see if she would be suitable for Target-X, their base was invaded by Laura. Originally Laura threatened Liana, going to take her as a hostage and use her uniform to get out of there. HOwever, seeing that Liana had not yet been made into a full TX member, helped her see the truth of what TX was doing, and where these 'monsters' really came from: TX was sending them against the villages themselves, to bolster their ranks. In the end, Liana agreed to go with Laura to Fantasy Island, and start a new life.
